Spiral link belts are designed to solve a major problem with traditional continuous belts in panel board industry. Normally constructed from PVC or PU, and installed on site with the aid of a welding press, traditional belts withstand only 110oC, are difficult to splice, and their service life is short. 

The feature of spiral link belts specially-designed ‘spiral’ link made of high quality polyester monofilament with a Silam silicone impregnation. They are continuous and seamless, and the innovative quick splicing method allows the installation of a seamless belt without the need to dis-assemble the processing machine. 

The belt can handle high temp applications above 200oC. The belt itself remains often cooler and is resistant to 180oC; and it is designed to handle an 8mm nosebar. If an accident happens on the processing line,spiral link belts can also be repaired.
