Specializing in polyester spiral fabric, Hebei Defeng offers an extensive types of polyester mesh. Woven from high-quality, hydrolysis-resistant polyester monofilaments, and heat set under exacting tension to provide exceptional dimensional stability and optimal tracking, our spiral weaves are ideal for applications where permeability is beneficial in aiding the flow of air or liquid. To accommodate our clients' diverse needs, we offer various constructions and permeability ranges for drying, de-watering, filtering, and vacuum and air suction applications. We feature fine gauge, medium gauge, and jumbo gauge polyester spiral fabrics depending on the level of drainage required. Our permeability levels range from 200 to 1,000 CFM, and screens are designed for applications with a 325-degree Fahrenheit maximum continuous temperature.

All polyester spiral fabric is domestically produced and expertly heat-set on state-of-the-art equipment, and we stock 54-inch to 72-inch wide rolls, with the ability to produce wider rolls on request. Although our polyester spiral fabric features smooth, heat-treated edges, we recommend additional urethane reinforcement when additional edge integrity is needed. And because polyester spiral fabric are conveniently joined by interlocking spiral loops and the insertion of a polypin, they are essentially seamless and don't require cumbersome metal fasteners-and they're easy to repair.   

We're also pleased to offer hundreds of monofilament screens from which to choose. With various mesh sizes, fiber diameters, and weave patterns which contribute to permeability, these versatile screens are the appropriate solution for many conveying and filtering problems. Normally joined with an SS Clipper, monofilament screens are available, square, twill, satin, or spiral patterns.
