The filter press proces is mainly by an endless sludge dehydration belt,it is with traversing grooves drains the filtrate towards holes positioned along the belt. The sides of the belt also have elastic rubber curbs that it maybe contain the incoming slurry and then the cake following it moves towards the discharge end. 

Synthetic heavy duty polyester plies are encapsulated in the rubber part of the filter press machine.It is always below the grooves serve to withstand the longitudinal stresses,which the belt is subjected during its travel. Sludge filter cloth are available in 2, 3 and 4.2 meter widths and thicknesses of 28, 32 and 39 mm in our company. The belts may be supplied in SBR or EPDM rubbers and maybe both of them are elastomers characterized by a wide range of applications.

For efficient washing and sharp separation,it is positioned close to the partitions that are inside the vacuum box between the wash filtrates and the wash boxes .The sludge dehydration belt wash efficiency is defined as a percent of remaining contaminants in the final cake to the contaminants prior to wash.
