There are various weaving types of polyester wire mesh for different manufacturer.  Maybe there are too many variations to mention, however the most common weave types are Plain, Dutch and Twill weave.

The plain weave is very stable and it is the most common type of used weave for polyester wire mesh. The warp and weft wire follow the same path in this type. Each of the wire crosses each time one wire above and one wire below and so on. We call the fabrics which across this weaving type polyester plain fabrics.

The twill weave is more flexible than other types for polyester wire mesh. The twill fabric looks comparable to the plain weave. However, this weaving type is different as the weft wire goes below two wires,And after that it goes above two wires and so on. The twill weaving fabrics is our featured product,such as paper machine clothing.
