1.    Before using the polyester forming fabric, paper machine should be corrected. Polyester forming fabric should be placed into workshop at one week prior to use, the purpose is to enable the polyester forming fabric to adapt to the change temperature.

2.    When installing polyester forming fabric it should avoid contact with sharp edges and corners. Prohibit smoking and open flames in the vicinity of polyester forming fabric operations.

3.    The use of polyester forming fabric temperature should not exceed 160℃.The tension of Single layer forming fabric should be controlled in 40-50N/cm. The tension of double layer or more than double layer fabric should be controlled in 60-70N/cm. The tension of polyester dryer fabric should be controlled in 15-25N/cm.

4.    Storage conditions of polyester forming fabric：Temperature at about 20℃，Relative humidity at 50 degrees. Due to geographical differences will be some different storage conditions，and the size of the polyester forming fabric will occur some small changes. Polyester forming fabric would produce a certain stretch run in the first 24-48 hours. Please pay attention to adjust the tension in this process, the polyester forming fabric will be stable in the future.
